Does anyone know the artist/name for the instrumental that is playing in the background, when this youtube clip starts?

In case the link doesn't start at the right time, the part of the instrumental that I think is most recognizable starts around 1:17:45. The instrumental is kind of a patriotic/military type of tune, and I've heard it various times like in a movie trailer and what not. Any help would be appreciated.
