SOLVED: Song has a verse with all whistling in it - heard at Red Robin

I heard this song yesterday at a Red Robin restaurant. I've heard it before. It's not a recent song. It is a male singer, and every other verse of so there is all whistling. I couldn't make out the lyrics due to thge speakers/noise, so I can't search for it.

Does anyone know what it is? If I heard it, I would know the song. I have to have it!
