Spanish? Techno/House Song

I work at Macy's and we got a DVD with a bunch of songs on it. Well one of the songs is technoish sounding. Thing is, I think it is in Spanish and I don't know how to speak Spanish... It's kinda of a Robotic sounding Voice, like two diffrent voices. Here is my best try at the lyrics....

It kinda sounds like "Stop" *somewords* Por-ket.... *more words* das uni sol
And it sounds robotic right there and then it comes to a regular sounding voice. But i'm not sure that it is in Spanish.

Would anyone have any idea?

EDIT: And at the beginning it sounds like someone going "Ha ha" or "Ah Ah" yet again in a robotic voice.
