Trying to figure out a song!

Trying to find the name and artist of a song. The majority of the song is an up tempo 'do do do do do do do do do' over an over, and there is another lyric that sounds like 'moooo-ments in traffic', but I can't be sure that's what they are saying.

I've heard the song a bunch on the radio, which means there's a good chance it's by a Canadian artist (since I'm in Canada, and unfamiliar songs that play a lot are usually Canadian to meet Canadian content standards), but I can't guarantee this.

Hopefully someone understands what I'm trying to say, and can help me locate this song! Thanks for any help you can provide!

Is the "do do do do..." an example of tempo or lyrics?

Sorry! They are actual lyrics in the song. They are just sung in an upbeat way.

Also, it sounds like it's probably a 70s song, maybe early 80s.

There are a lot of suggestions in these threads but if we limit the choices to a 1970's era Canadian artist, you may want to start with "Undone" by the Guess Who.

I've gone through most of those threads without success. I'll try to upload an audio file of me (trying) to sing the 'doo doo doo' portion this weekend.
