    I have been trying to find the Artist and name of this song for years now. All I have is a few lyrics.

    "You put me down like the setting sun, dress me up like your number one"

    I can't remember any other lyrics but would love to find the song somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

    Maybe it's the UK song "River - Setting Sun" from 1999 which is contained on this CD and also here on this compilation
    At least the song seems to have parts of your posted lyrics which can be read here (right below the paragraph named "The Rivals [2] #1)

    Thank you very much. I can't confirm if this is the right song as the rest of the lyrics aren't present and I can't find it anywhere online except eBay. I have bought it on eBay and will have to wait until it is delivered to see if it is the song I am after. I hope it is. Thanks very much!!
