Hi guys! Little help with a song from the 90s?

Hello there! I need a little help finding this song, because it's come to my mind lately but I was a kid when it's been released. Basically, it is from the 90s and it is kind of an hip hop/rap. All I remember is that in the refrain there are words "work work work like this, like that". Like I said, I was a kid when this song came out and recently these words came back to my mind but i really cannot figure it out. Anyone here can help? thanks in advance.

Nope, it's not. :/ It was sung by a male singer and it was more rap/hip hop than r&b.

Nope, this is too much rap, while the one I was looking for is more like hip/hop.
