Lyrics: I love you so (x2) / I just got to let you know

Ok, so this song has been bugging me where I work for a good month or so now. It's really catchy and sung by a man, has a kind of pop-soul feel to it, is upbeat and some of the lyrics I've been able to note (which haven't helped me to find it on Google, or by assuming they're the title of the song) go like this:

Verse:
I will hunt you, I will find you
(missing line)

Bridge:
I, I, I (goes up in pitch a whole tone each time)
Just gotta let you know...

Earlier on I listened hard when it came on and think I also heard the words:
'You changed this man' and 'I will never be the same again'.

And the very end of the song repeats the 'And I just got to let you know' line, with an emphasis in bold; Singer is kinda soulful in the way he sings.

I just can't figure out why I can't find this song on Google!

I work at a restaurant in the UK, that's where I hear it. I appreciate how tricky this is so I'll try to Shazam it next time it comes on and post this as solved if I find it
