    Default SOLVED: Looking for a Rock-Song (70's or 80's)

    Hello :-)

i am new here and i looking for a song i heared very long years ago, almost over ten years and later. I have a bit memory about the lyrics, but i'm not sure if this are the correct lyrics. I have hummed the Refrain of this song and i hope anybody can help me to find out what the name of this song is. It is my very first time i hummed a song and i'm very shy.

*deleted, because i found my song*

The Song must be from the 70's / 80's and has E-Guitars, Keyboards and, and, and..

Try "Nobody But Me" by The Human Beinz
Them that can, do; them that can't... memorize Artist and Title

    Unfortunately no. :-(

I try to remind a bit of the Lyrics:
Refrain: "...over in over to see every..." "Don't get the pal!"
Before the Refrain: "Electric Guitar, you got the power to see..."

It seems that this Rock-Song is like the group is singing about a beautiful women, in that they are loved. It is very hard to remember about the lyrics, i have only the melody relatively good in my mind. I heard this song the first time in the end of the 90's in a cinema, before the lights turn off, they are many songs in a playlist. I asked the projectionist about this song, but it seems the guy become big fear and turn this song off of the playlist.

It would be wonderful to have this song at home, it is a very 70's/80's Rock-Song with speed in it.

I did not find a good match for the lyrics.

Try "Kiss You all Over" by Exile

Sorry, sadly no. :-( Thanks so much for your help. :-) (Sorry for my english.)

One day i'll find that great song! :-) In my opinion, it seems that the Band is famous now, like "Foreigner" or another 70's/80's Bands, but their first Songs was a "One-Hit-Wonder" and it was going under, under another Hits later.

Edit: I try to give a bit more details how the refrain was sung:

    na nana nana (Chorus)
    na nana nana (singer)

I remind on a refrain like

    Over is the light (chorus)
    to see around me (singer)
    over in over (chorus)
    ...

But the lyrics are not correct, but the song sounds like this lyrics.

100 % sure i am that in the Lyrics "...Streets of Fire" (not in the Refrain! It has nothing to do with the movie) and "Electric Guitar" is in.

Truly desperate guesses (since they do not have the exact phrases of "Streets of Fire" and "Electric Guitar" in them)...

"Crimson and Clover" by Tommy James & The Shondells
"Streets Of Fire" by Bruce Springsteen
    "Radar Love" by Golden Earring

    Sorry, but no. :-(

I tried a half a day on sunday to find out the refrain. But no matches. :-/

Edit: I think it is more in the "New Wave"-Music Genre. I looking on Amazon and every Best-of-Compilations and hear the soundsamples so long i found it.
