Need help identifying a beat!

Hello there!
So I'm asking for help to identify a beat played on this Russian gameshow: http://www.tv3play.e...?autostart=true
The beat starts at 33:39-33:45. Its a really short cut of it and makes it really hard to identify the beat. I've been going crazy for the last few days because this beat just plays in my head over and over again.
Any kind of help is appreciated.
