A sense of urgency is lacking in these lyrics which is oddly titled "Now". It should bold like ripping out the roots and allowing for something new to grow in its place. Incorporate different themes into the choruses. Too much repeating the same thing (musical acts; politicians). As you have written: "I've gotta go deeper/Deeper and deeper".
