Rather new r'n'b song...?

OK, here's my request to identify this song. It's rather new (I have heard it only once), sung by a woman that strongly resembles Alicia Keys, and I remember a part of the lyrics going "shine, just shine". Oh, and I saw the video on "top college" on MCM. Now, I know it's not much information, but hopefully someone can help. Thanks.
