what does this the last part mean?
age mikhay boro vali -- if you want to go then leave me but
vaghti man inja nistam -- when i am not here
man khoone basham shak nakon --if i am at home, don't doubt
bazam jolot va mistam -- that i ?????????

what does this mean?
i mean what does this whole expression "jolot va mistam" mean?
i don't have a good translation which makes sense for the whole verse.
please help me

It means i won't let you go, I'll stand in front of you, I'll block your way.
