Desperate looking for a rock song

I am looking for a track I heard in an unknown movie. It sounds like a soft rock from the 80s, the voice of the male singer is very strong, something like
Dire Straits, Joe Cocker or maybe Zucchero, I am not very sure. I remember many parts of the text, but I cannot find anything similar when searching online. All help will be appreciated. Thanks

Sorry for coming back years after. I finally found the movie with this song.

The song appears in two short parts - 33:15 - 35:35 and 36:48 - 39:20.
Unfortunately, they talk quite a lot over it (language is bulgarian).

I found this song quite good, but really cannot find anything in google. Any ideas?
