Acoustic Style song with the words "some things ..." several times.

So I heard this beautiful song playing at Starbucks a couple of days ago.

It's a rather clean number with basically and acoustic guitar and some violin/strings in the background. It had a country feel to it but with some Alt.Rock sound as well.

Tried catching all the lyrics but was rather noisy.

All I remember well is that what appeared to be the chorus has the lines "and some things...." "and some things...." repeated again and again... like

"and some things I can't find" or "some things I define.." like that. But the "Some things" line came again and again.

The recording quality was good so probably wasn't really old

I know that's not much to go by. Sorry.

The one I was saying was considerably slower.

He would say one "somethings can't be.../can be.." like and then there was a gap with some guitar.. followed by another line of "somethings ... "
