poem mermaid?

Hi, I heard a song on radio1 the other night,loved it but didn't catch what or who it was by, i do have a few clues though that might help. It was a poem that was sang, i think the poet or poem and mermaid were mentioned in the title or artist and part of the lyrics contained the line "I've watched the titanic film 5 time's "
