Here is a note on the translation from Amethystos (I'm reposting it from the other thread where he originally posted it):

"Well I guess you meant "Bear Tamer", cause we're not speaking about the bear here!; and no, those girls they just look themselves in the mirror."

In this regard, it should be pointed out that if the poem is about the "bear tamer", then the political message of the song is a lot clearer. To understand this political message, see one of the blog posts I referenced in the other thread:

The question has arisen as to whether the 4 lines of the chorus in this song are example of the kinds of commands that the bear tamer would give the bear in order to cause the bear to do certain imitations for the amusement of the on-lookers.
