می دونم درد ِ دل خوبه ولی من here i know all the words but i am not able to translate them in proper english
نمی خوام رو شه دستم پیش ِ مردم
چه می دونی چه دردی داره عادت
به حرف و طعنه ها و نیش ِ مردم


شنیدم گریه زخمو می سوزنه
می خوام وقتی که می سوزم بمیرم

نپرس از من چرا تب کرده چشمام what does "tab karde cheshmam" mean?
خدا می دونه دلسوزی نمی خوام
نیا نزدیک من واگیر داره what does "wagir" mean?
تب بی تابی ِ تلخ ِ نفسهام

خدا می دونه دلسوزی نمی خوام ------------------ God knows I don’t want your sympathy
نیا نزدیک من واگیر داره ----------------------- don’t come near me it’s contagious
تب بی تابی ِ تلخ ِ نفسهام ------------------------ the fever of my bitter and restless breaths


what does "tab karde cheshmam" mean? It means my eyes have a fever, they are sick, they are hot!
what does "wagir" mean? It means contagion

one question:"midoonam darde del khoobi" i mean i thought this means something like "i know the pain of my heart well"
i guess midoonam means i know, dard means pain, del means heart and khoob means good. i am not really a native speaker but is this a set expression or why do you have "i know pouring your heart out is nice" as the translation?

darde del kardan درد دل کردن means to speak your heart with somebody, to tell your painful secrets to someone

so it's true that 'dard' means 'pain' but here "darde del" is an expression. Hope it makes it clearer
