early 2000's Trance/Techno song, Storm Chaser, Storm something... something storm

Hey everyone, this may be a big pain but I am trying to find a particular Trance/Techno song.
It is from the late 90's to early 2000's.
It opens with a thunder clap and a wolf howl, followed by the sound of rain leading into this great slow drum line.
I THINK the title is Storm Chaser, or something Storm, or Storm something.

It closes similar to how it opened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't think it is from a game, I would be surprised if it was.
