Help me to find one old song from 2003/2004 year

Hello, om not good with english so excuse me if i have some mistakes. About a week or two i try to use trackID and Shezam to find old song from my old audio-tapes. I found many songs regardless of the recording quality. But i can't find one of this songs. Тhe song is not added to the database of the two programs (trackID and Shezam). The song is from 2003/2004 year. I can give u link from who u can listen short recording from my phone but its not very good cuz recording quality on the tape is so low. I will be grateful if some recognize the song and telling me the name of the artist and the name of the song.
