Help! Looking for this Italian song.

This summer I was in Levanto and took this piece of concert at the street. I really loved this song, but can't find nor name, nor lyrics, nor other video/audio records. Does smb know what song is it?

I'm too lazy now to read through everything now but but it seems that Sanfedismo was a counterrevolutionary movement in Italy in times of Napoleon and this song was popular among them. The song is some kind of parody of another one which was popular among pro-revolutionaries. You can find more recordings of the song on Youtube. If you speak Italian you can also find a lot of information on the internet, just google search the title.
