Alright, I've got a nice generic one for you.

All I really remember is that (what I think is) the chorus is "Blue eyes"

It's a male singer & he stretches it out to "blue eeeeyyyyyyyyyyyyyeeees"

The song is likely from the early 2000s & has a somewhat alt-country feel. Almost certainly US based, but definitely English.

I wish I could offer you anything else, but it's just that tiniest phrase stuck in my head. Not pale blue eyes or behind blue eyes.

Did a few site specific searches & have not come up with anything yet.
