need help identifying a song from a commercial

the lyrics of the song are "I'm thinking of you but i can't find the right words to say" sung by a female artist.

In the commercial the guy gets out of bed and closes the window.

Anyone know the song?

I been lookin for this song too.

Here's the deal. DeBeers says it's Cat Power. Her label, Matador Records, says it is in fact her. They have way, way too much to risk to lay claim to her work and it not be true. That link goes to Liz Durrett who has also been credited with the song. That's her myspace account, That's her truthful denial, not Cat Power. Cat Power is indeed the performing artist singing the "How Can I Tell You" cover.
