SOLVED: In need of your expert opinion!

Hi! So I am currently looking for a song and I'll try to give you as much information as I can of what the song/video sounds/looks like. I think it is a black guy singing. He doesn't really speak any words it is mostly gibberish and I think it resembles to Bubba Sparxxx - Ms. new booty, but don't take this last information for granted as I am only 50% sure it is right. About the video, there are a lot of girls shaking their booties. I know there are a trillion other videos like so but I think that's all there is to it. But the most important information is that there are no understandable words whatsoever, it's like the entire song is a satire. It should be from the 2000' to 2008 the latest. I hope this helps.
