Pop song, female vocals, please help!!!

Hello; heard a song in a coffee shop and wrote as much of the lyrics down
I've tried writing every combination of the lyrics I could think of into google but with no success.

The lines I wrote down were:
"baby don't cry baby don't cry"
"no one sees me like you do"
(I think that was the chorus)

Also
"eyes for the last time"
"can't hold on. can't hold on"
(I could totally have misheard slightly come lyrics)

It was a female singer and sounded very teen pop.
