It sounds like the title is "Always be My Baby". Have you looked for that title? Do you know what station it played on?

I was in finland, radio station was spin fm, im not sure if the station even exists anymore, i also sent them a letter, but didnt get any answer.. I even heard this song at least three times at same station, but sadly didnt had any chance to look the website playlist.
