Eurodance song name, got part of refrain, pls Help

Hey can anyone please help me find the name of a Euro Dance song from 90s I believe.
It is sung by a female and I think I remember a part of refrain.
It goes like this:

"We can be a rainbow too,

But it's not the song although it sounds similar. Maybe my tool confused it with another song by same artist ?
