My request I think is a duplicate of this one ( http://www.allthelyrics.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=158909 ) , but I have additional lyrics.

Here is a recording of the song I took on my phone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmSqx3sk19o

My local Kroger supermarket plays an unexpected mix of pop, country, and electronic music. A few weeks ago I heard a song I haven't been able to identify.

I'm in the United States Midwest.

I would call it a pop song - around 115 BPM, English language, with a single female singer, probably made in the last 5-10 years. The chorus has the words:

Life goes on, when you think you're going down.
Life goes on. The world's still spinning round.
Life goes on, so pick yourself up and ????
Life goes on and on and on and on.
And on.

I have tried SoundHound, Shazam, looking up the lyrics, Yahoo Answers, Reddit, and listening to every song on Spotify and iTunes I could find with the title "Life Goes On". No luck!

During my search, I have learned that there is some possibility that grocery stores obtain songs that are just demos and not even available for purchase, and use them without paying licensing: http://mylittlestarmusic.com/wordpre...red-neon-love/ . It makes me wonder if anyone besides the songwriter and singer will be able to identify the song! If this is the case ... how does one even go about tracking down the origin of a song?

Thanks for any ideas you have.
