Please help me find this female pop song (late 90s/early 2000s)

I tried my best typing up the lyrics on google but to no avail all i got was Shawn Mullins and some RnB track



The chorus in the song i think goes something like:

"It's on tonight!,
(2 second delay with drumming)

It's very upbeat pop (chorus has tom tom drums i think) and sounds like it could be from a chick flick in the 90s or early 2000s (even tried pokemon movie 1999 which had some close calls!).
The artists that come to mind could be from either B*Witched, M2M or Vitamin C


I found 2 songs which probably come closest to sounding like what i'm looking for:

- Vitamin C - Me Myself & I
- B*Witched - Get Happy




The chorus is stuck in my head but i don't even know if the original lyrics are correct!
