Here is my try to translate it, it is sort of complicated because he based the lyrics on the literal pronunciation and meaning of Arabic characters. Hope this would help. I love the music though, it is soothing and very tender!

عجبي على حرفين قد سلبا وقـــــاري
I am surprised (wondered) about those two characters (Arabic letters) (i.e. He means the word Love in Arabic which is Hob; in Arabic it is just two characters Hā̛ and Bā̛ ) that stole my dignity!

حاء حريق و باء بت في نـــــاري
Hā̛ is like a fire and bā̛ is like I spent the night on that fire (my fire). (i.e. In Arabic fire is haryq, which starts with the letter Hā̛ as the first letter in Hob (love). ٍIn Arabic the sentence "spent the night" is Beto which starts with the letter Bā̛ as the last letter in Hob)
