Need Help! Can't Remember song, drives me crazy...!!!

Can't remember a song, but can rember some of the video...It starts in a dessert where the band is driving in a car, which then have a breakdown and the band is then captured by this "tribe", where they are to meet their leader, a woman. It has a post apocalyptic theme over it.
