Song (possibly noughties) I need help identifying!

Hello,
I heard this song on the TV yesterday and it's been bugging me as to what it is ever since! I think it is from the noughties, and there are loads of oohs in the chorus!

The best way I can describe it ( as I know no lyrics!) is one long ooh, but the singer changes the notes he sings i ( n...then there is a slight pause and a 'woah' or 'oh'. The oh has two notes. This chorus is repeated several times, but sadly I know no lyrics and it's bothering me so much! By the way, I imagine the ooohs and oh at the end, last about 3 seconds in total? And I would describe the genre as soft rock perhaps?
