i watched smallville S05E07 and at the very begining i heard a nice background song ,

it sounds like : "it's a crime to..." and i found a song named : "It's a crime to fall in love" by 'The Magnetic Fields'

but it doesn't soundes like the same song and the lyrics aren't completely match , i searched the IMDB for the soundtrack

list of this episode but they haven't listed this song , it may be made especially for this episode , thanks for your will to help .


P.S. i recommend using a headphones because the song volume is low in the background
