Identify song with whistling and a small part of a lyric

Hi everyone,

I am new here, I am searching for a song which originates from the period between 2005 and 2008 (I guess it was in 2006 or 2007).
It was a song with some catchy whistling thoughout the song and in the beginning of the song a woman said: You know how to whistle, don't you steve, you just put your lips together and blow.
When I search on google I just get the quote from Lauren Bacall, or the now popular song from Flo-Rida.
I do not know if the artist was male, female or a group. I guess the rest of singing in the song was a male, but I am not entirly sure.
Please help me!
