Hi everyone,

Today, I heard this 30 second sample at Watzatong.com (https://www.watzatsong.com/en/name-t...ne/480894.html).

The song is prior to 2008. The music genre would be pop/rock, mid-tempo/emotional, English female vocals.

Parts of the lyrics have been posted in this forum on 11-15-2007 (yes, 9 years ago!) in the thread "Song with Sample!" (http://www.allthelyrics.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=31942). It was suggested that the artist might be Dolores O'Riordan/The Cranberries or Sinéad O'Connor, but that seems not to be case.

The chorus lyrics are as follows:
"No, I won’t be a doll in your pretty doll house"
"No, I won’t be the plaything that you can toss around"
"No, I won’t be child who lives for this…"

A search on the Web for these lyrics did not find the song.

I hope someone can help me identify this song and artist.
