βοήθεια!!!! Παρακαλώ!!!!!!! Is there anybody to help me? ...Word-by-word.... even if doesn't make sense in english!

Μη μου ζητάς (Don't ask me)

Oh, my Gooddd! Am I happy or what? Of course I am happy. For more than 46 seconds! And thank you very much for the way you translated the songs. That's how I can use them. Match every greek word to its english correspondent!

    Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!!!

And of course there is much more to come. Wait just a minute

PS: No need to explain the difference between agapi and erota. I've already been given the complete explanation. I know everything about the subject. But thank you for the offer!

Yeah, yeah, yeah...just keep making fun of me, all of you, but please don't forget to translate some songs in between! I would be more than happy to accept all jokes on the subject as long as I get what I want!)
Omorfi, I hope you don't mind my joking!

In Greek there is a saying "τράβα με κι ας κλαίω" ... literally translated to "pull me even if I cry" ... ... ...

I saw Mazonakis on TV for A second at some point today and couldn't stop myself from exclaiming "MAZONAKIS" ..... hahahahaha ... Yes, I KNOW YOU ARE LAUGHING dya !!! ... BUT PEOPLE WERE LOOKING AT ME FUNNY !!! ... Could hardly explain to THEM, WHY I (a composed person such as myself!!!!) would do such a thing ... !!!!! ....

τράβα με κι ας κλαίω, that would be my motto on this forum!!! I have no pride whatsoever! Gave that up when I started to learn greek. I think it's the language that won me over. Or...should it be the teacher? LOL!!!

Philadelphia, I didn't just laugh reading your "adventure": I AM STILL LAUGHING. A bitter laugh as I DON'T get the chance to see Mazonakis on TV!But, I won't be sad for that, cause you seem to have this chance and I am sure you'll tell me everything about what you see there LOL!!!

Don't be so desoriented as to your reaction: soon, if you keep translating his songs, you'll even get to like him!!!! LOL! And, of course, start to hate me in the process!

PS: And, won't you tell me anything about the news you saw? Or you were so busy repeating his name and being puzzled by the fact, that you didn't pay attention?

dya mou, I know that mentioning of the word MAZONAKIS, deletes everything else around it ... BUT ... I DID say that I saw "him" (I am purposely leaving THE WORD behind and use a pronoun to stop the phenomenon from repeating!!!) for JUST A SECOND at some point today ... I think it was the end of probably a video-clip of his ...

I am currently at "home" ... mother-land ... or, whatever people call their "native" country to be ... and unfortuantely (for me) here the TV (and MOST OF EVERYTHING, nowadays) is "saturated" by "Greek MODERN culture" .... I know all of you in here could "stone me" with jealousy, but I must confess I am NOT a great lover of today's "system" (and ofcourse, it is NOT just in Greek stuff. It is everywhere!!!!!), the down-side of Globalization ... ... I am also, what the Greeks call, a "floros" ... meaning I like danse music best ... so, yes, I too become a "victim" of a good rhythmic song occationally ... and break into dancing ... !!! ... lol ...

By the way (or not atall near the way), as "teacher", who are you reffering to exactly? Cause people in here (hint, hint) may think of themselves as "teachers" too ... !!! ...

    MY FOOD IS STONE COLD!!!

People call it exactly like you said, but usually they also use its name, too

dya I don't mind your jokes at all, I'm just pleased to see that other people also get a little "nuts" over different stuff, haha.

I think Mazonakis is so fun, especially in the "summer of greece" song : - Like here, no where!
    "Ποιος ταξιδεύει στα μάτια σου;
    Και ποιός ξαγρυπνά στο κορμί σου;
Μάτια μπλε στα μεγάλα ταξίδια σου
