So unfair, this world is so unfair to me... I'm trying to learn greek here and people are just gealous I picked Γιώργος Μαζωνάκης to be my ...pronounciation teacher!

I saw Mazonakis on TV for A second at some point today and couldn't stop myself from exclaiming "MAZONAKIS" ..... hahahahaha ... Yes, I KNOW YOU ARE LAUGHING dya !!! ... BUT PEOPLE WERE LOOKING AT ME FUNNY !!! ... Could hardly explain to THEM, WHY I (a composed person such as myself!!!!) would do such a thing ... !!!!! ....

τράβα με κι ας κλαίω, that would be my motto on this forum!!! I have no pride whatsoever! Gave that up when I started to learn greek. I think it's the language that won me over. Or...should it be the teacher? LOL!!!

I DID say that I saw "him" (I am purposely leaving THE WORD behind and use a pronoun to stop the phenomenon from repeating!!!) for JUST A SECOND at some point today ... By "everything else" do you also refer to my mind? Yeah, I didn't know why my neurons feel so excited this evening!They are having a private party! So, endulge them and write the name again!!! LOL!

I am currently at "home" ... mother-land ... or, whatever people call their "native" country to be ... and unfortuantely (for me) here the TV (and MOST OF EVERYTHING, nowadays) is "saturated" by "Greek MODERN culture" .... I know all of you in here could "stone me" with jealousy, but I must confess I am NOT a great lover of today's "system" (and ofcourse, it is NOT just in Greek stuff. It is everywhere!!!!!), the down-side of Globalization ... ... I am also, what the Greeks call, a "floros" ... meaning I like danse music best ... so, yes, I too become a "victim" of a good rhythmic song occationally ... and break into dancing ... !!! ... lol ...
