I heard this song on Tom May's River City Folk broadcast years ago. I've tried googling these lyric fragments but can't find the song. Can anyone identify the song, the writer, or who might have recorded it? Here are some fragmented lyrics that I think I can recall:

"there are roads that lead the traveler through highways, farms, and fields"
"on the highways of my mind the signs all lead to you"
"there is music in the laughter of the children that we love"
"there are folks (boats?) around this harbor living out their simple ..."
"I set my sails to the frozen gales and the amour turns to lace"
"to the banks of the misty blue"
"I'm sailing home to you"

Thanks!
