Its bugging the crap outta me but the only think I can remember is a girl singing "blank is harrrrrddd" she sounds like the girl from the band Belly, look up the song Seal My Fate by Belly and she sounds just like here and the song I need to know is something like living is harrrdd or something like that ugh please help.

Not it, thank you though. I know its either 90s or early 2000's for sure. I know its been on some soundtracks for a movie I can't remember, I thought 10 things I hate about you and that wasn't it but something along those lines of movies, I wish I could help more and this is bugging me lol
