Song from an old car commercial

Hi everyone.
I was wondering if someone could help me identify the song I heard in a car commercial circa 2005-2006... (a very long time ago, I know xD, but it still bugs me sometimes, because it's the only song I never found anywhere again, and I really liked it).
Okay, so here's everything I remember about this commercial:

I think it was a Lexus car commercial (but not 100% sure...), the car was white or silver, a woman was driving it on the road surrounded by mountains (as I vaguely remember), and then she stops the car, as a man lands in front of her with a parachute, and they both seem very touched. The song that played was a piano ballad, with a woman singing something along these lines:
