Default Halasia mou (sta ksena na min pas) in English?

I know this song comes with two different lyrics. Can you please translate them to English? Does halasia mean spoilage?

    Version 1:

This seems to be the more popular version 2:

It's not a formal word, it's more of a "folk-ish", even area-based use of lang.

"Destruction" is the closest that comes to my mind.
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?
You will never find that life for which you are looking.
When the gods created man they allotted to him death,
but life they retained in their own keeping"

Didn't I told you, my Chalassia
not to leave and go abroad, my Chalassia
not to leave and go abroad
    I'm afraid of loosing you
in the foreign lands that you go
and you won't come back, my Chalassia
    and you won't come back

    My Chalassia, my Chalassia
    you're away for years
    my Chalassia, my Chalassia
you're the live "suit" of me (means "I wear you like my skin"...)

I don't have you for working
    and get tormented, my Chalassia
    and get tormented
    but to eat, drink
    and beautify yourself

    My Chalassia, my Chalassia
    come back to me
    come back to me
    don't be late, my Chalassia
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?

"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?
You will never find that life for which you are looking.
When the gods created man they allotted to him death,
but life they retained in their own keeping"
