A couple years ago, I came across this video on YouTube which someone had created as a tribute to country singer Carrie Underwood and German dance group Cascada. However, the dance song snippet played in this video is not by either artist.

The song clip is very brief but the lyrics are as follows:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have not been able to identify this song at all since I first discovered this YouTube post years ago.
