SOLVED:Can't seem to find what this song is, anyone?

Hi, I am new here. I have searched for about 3 days to find out a song I heard and can't come up with what it is anywhere and it brought me to this forum. Its a catchy song with a kind of a tropical island slightly rasta feel to it.

I wonder if anyone here can maybe shine some light on things for me

Do you know if this available as a download but without the Taboo addition! It sounds such a great track would seem strange it wasn't made comercially available. I have searched for music using different combinations of your link and nothing that comes back is relative to this track except the Taboo connection.
