(SOLVED) HELP!! this should be easy

Hello my friends, I'm looking for this song like crazy for years. I heard it around 2000 in radio all the time and I remember it was used in a car T.V. commercial, but I was a child and could barely remember lyrics (latin female here, not enough english knowledge at that point)
