Help me please!

Hi guys

I heard a song today and can't get it out of my head. I've tried online and both in person to find out the name of the song but I've had no success...

It's a female singing with a piano but at the chorus, their is a violin solo for 3-6 seconds.
The era of the song would be 1980s,1990s I'd be thinking.

I must of heard the wrong lyrics, but it kind of sounded like,
(the do doo are missing lyrics)

"nobody knows it do do do do do do"
"nobody knows it but meeeeee"
Then a violin solo for about 3-6 seconds.
