90s song with church bells?

Hi everyone!
I've been looking for a song that I heard on the radio several years ago. It got stuck in my head and ever since I heard it last time, I've been trying to find it desperately!

I think it's a 90s or 80s song, and it's quite dramatic. It has church bell sound in the chorus and the singer is a woman (or women?) with quite deep voice.
If it helps anyone, I'm pretty sure it's in the key of F minor.
