Help identifying song please!

I've got this song stuck in my head, and it's giving me a brain itch!

Okay, so basically it's a really slow and 'sad' song, usually played on TV shows when emotional stuff is going on.
The only lyrics I can actually think of are 'there is a place', but it's sung super slowly, with the 'there' note held for slightly for longer than the rest. Whilst these lyrics are being sung theres some piano chords also being played individually.

I know this sounds super obscure, but any help would be great!
