    NA!!!
I chose this one on purpose for its title! I know that's exactly how you would address me!!!! (or somebody else!!!LOL!)

Later edit: regarding this line "Για ότι περνάω εσύ πάντα φταίς" he most certainly doesn't say ότι but something like "ο θα" ?!?!?! Does it make any sense?

    ?

    Καταστροφή μου
    Catostrophy of mine

    "Καταστροφή" (Κατα + στροφή)

    - "Κατα" an ancient word and "prefix" = "downwards" > ("oppressive" >) = "against"

    - "στροφή" = (noun) "turning" , "bend"

subsequently, "Καταστροφή" => "taking the down side", "disaster"

Για όλα τα λάθη και τις πληγές
for all the mistakes and the wounds
Για ότι περνάω εσύ πάντα φταίς
for all that I go through, you always to blame
Κοντά σου το ξέρω πως θα τρελαθώ
by you, I know that, I will become crazy
Μα έλα που τόσο πολύ σ'αγαπώ
(=) but come that I so much love you
("still, no matter what, I love you so much")

    Καταστροφή μου ανάσα ζωή μου
Catastrophy of mine, breath, my life
    Γλυκιά αμαρτία και αδυναμία
    sweet sin and weakness
    Καταστροφή μου κρυφή απειλή μου
catastrophy of mine, clandestine (hidden, secretive) threat of mine
Τρελέ ερωτά μου φιλί και φωτιά μου
crazy passion of mine, kiss and fire of mine
    Καταστροφή μου
    catastrophy of mine

Εσύ είσαι το τέλος εσύ κι η αρχή
you are the end, you the beginning
Τη μια ο ήλιος την άλλη η βροχή
one (minute you are) the sun, the next (you are) rain
Τα σφάλματα όλα σε σένα χρωστώ
the faults on the whole, I owe (on) you
Μα έλα που χώρια σου πια δεν μπορώ
(=but come that seperated from you, anymore I can't)
"still, no matter what, I can't (be) without you"

    Ευχαριστώ!
So: 1.Γλυκιά αμαρτία και αδυναμία What are the basic forms of these words?

2.Τρελέ ερωτά μου φιλί και φωτιά μου- what case do we have here: vocative or nominative? Why is Τρελέ the only one ending in e?

3.Μα έλα που= Μα=but, which means that the other two make the expression "no matter what" ? Is this a fixed expression?

    4. Word order: τόσο πολύ σ'αγαπώ . The normal order would be: σ'αγαπώ τόσο πολύ ?

    5. λάθη and σφάλματα are perfect sinonims, both meaning mistakes? Why are both preceded by Τα , when in fact only the second one looks like a plural neuter?

    Γλυκιά- sweet
    αμαρτία =sin
    αδυναμία = weakness

right? Are these their nominative case forms? I suppose they are in singular, but what gender?

    "Ουρανέ, φίλε μακρινέ"

Is this some vocative form? I just have to ask, because all the grammar I knew seems to vanish from my head!!

    Excellent notation!!!

Yes, it is EXACTLY that !!

The "vocative case" of nouns, especially "masculine", have the "ending" of "-ε" ... I am SO impressed YET again !!! ...

Oh, I'm happy to hear that!!

Isn't it kinda rare in Modern Greek?

for example the name "Dimitris" becomes "Dimitri" (e.g. "Dimitri mou"), or "Antreas" becomes "Antrea" (e.g. "Antrea mou"), "Yorgos" becomes "Yorgo" ... but more commonly the "male ending" of "-ος" in the "vocative case" becomes "-ε" ...

It is not as common with "female" names, because their name do not (usually) have a consonant "ending" (usually the "s") ...

So, for example "Alexandra", remains "Alexandra" ...
Come to think of it, in "female" names you would NOT "change" the "ending" even if it ends with a consonant ...
Like "Artemis" would still remain "Artemis" ...
    This is nowadays, ofcourse ....

The "vocative case" is VERY much a "poetic" case ... as it is expressing "calling" ... therefore "longing" , "yerning", "wishing" ...

aha, that explains Τρελέ, being masculine vocative, as I know ερωτά is a masculine.

    yes, correct again !!

Most common "male ending" = "-ος"

there are also the "male endings" of "-ης"

    and also "-ας"

and then other more irregular ones ...

The MOST common "female endings" are both "-α" and "-η" !!!

I give you the "nominative case" in ALL gender examples here now ...
