I'm trying to remember old song but the problem is that i don't remember lyrics and melody.
Here are some clues.
This track was popular on the radio in 2000-2002 years.
It is a male vocals singin something like this

leila [long pause] leila [long pause] gonna break me down...

that's all.
It is not Blue System - Laila.

I remember the base line a bit.
I tried to play it more or less accurate on guitar.
