this song used in Dillard's commercial, they were advertising specifically Almani perfume. (I'm in GA, btw)
Here's some clues....

It could be a cover of the old Bill Withers song, "Just the Two of Us".
The only female cover artists I found were Regina Belle (2001) and Marlena Shaw (2004)

Oh, I'm sorry, I think I heard totally wrong, because it's totally different song from Bill Withers's "Just the two of us". (Sorry I'm not a native English speaker ... I couldn't catch lyrics much)

I heard this song at the PacSun in the mall... which tells it's for more younger generation...
