Have to admit I am not "knowledgeable" (... as yet !!!), ... to the "origin" of "the reason why", this particular "type" of "traditional Greek dance", known aS "Hasapiko", ... is actually literally translated to "buthcher's", ... or as an "adjective" to be "relating to a buther's" ... !!! ... !!! ... !!! ...
...
I KNOW !!! ... the "(WHA-)funny" thing is that, I have never "realised" it before ... !!!!!!!!!!!! ... You see ?!? ... this "forum" allows for all sorts of "lessons" to be had !!! ... ... ... I am EXTREMELY "intrigued" to find out about this now ... so, I promise, as soon as I am able to "elucidate" on the "buther's subject", will do so ... ... !!! ... ... ...
