With any luck, a member of this forum can identify this song. The reason being that I would like to put it into a playlist I am working on about the beach and youth and the delight of summer’s free time. There is not a lot about it I can reveal other than that I heard it while I was at a Hollister in West Covina, Calif. and that the city of Malibu is mentioned by name. The singer’s voice sounded young (perhaps a young adult or a teen) and it was male. If no one can help me out with this song perhaps a few suggestions about song for my mix? I am kind of looking for music that sounds like Phantom Planet’s California, not so much musically but in spirit, that is to say, youthfully and imbedded with beach-like images.
